非対面チェックインのご案内
新型コロナウイルス感染防止対策の一環として、ゲストハウスコケコッコーでは非対面でチェックインが可能になりました。
また、当施設には玄関口・洗面所・お部屋の入口等、お部屋までの間の各所に消毒液を設置しており、
各所にクリアパーテーションを設置するなど、皆様と安心と安全の確保に力を入れております。
As part of COVID 19 infection control measures, our guesthouse now allows non-face-to-face check-in.
In addition, disinfectant solutions are installed in various places up to the room, such as the entrance, washroom, and room entrance.
We are making efforts to ensure safety and security with everyone, such as installing clear partitions in various places.
非対面チェックインの流れ
1.ご予約について
Booking can be made via the booking form, booking site (Rakuten Travel, Booking.com, etc.) or calling.
After that, we will send you an email confirming your booking.
* At this point, the reservation has not been completed yet.
2.お支払いについて
お支払いは事前決済またはお振込みにてお願いしております。
当日のお支払いはできませんのでご注意ください。
ご予約時から3日以内お支払いください。お支払いいただけない場合はキャンセルとさせていただきます。
Please pay in advance or by wire transfer. Please note that payment on the day is not possible.
Please pay within 3 days from the time of booking. If payment is not possible, it will be canceled.
3.ご到着時について
お支払いの確認後、メールにて玄関のオートロックの暗証番号をお送りいたします。
ご到着後、解錠してお入り下さい。
After confirming payment, we will send you the PIN code for the auto lock at the entrance by email.
Please unlock and enter after arrival.
4.チェックイン方法
１階受付でWEBカメラにてチェックインを行います。
免許証やパスポートにてご本人確認をさせていただき、館内の案内と注意事項等をお伝えします。
WEBカメラでは通話もできますので、滞在中にご不明な点やご不安な点がございましたら、お気軽にお知らせ下さい。
Check-in is done with a WEB camera at the reception on the 1st floor.
We will verify your identity with your ID and will inform you of information and precautions in the hall.
You can also make phone calls with the WEB camera, so if you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please feel free to let us know.
4.鍵の受け渡し
お部屋の鍵の受け渡しは暗証番号付きのキーボックスで行います。
お支払いの確認が取れた後、鍵の番号と暗証番号をメールでご連絡します。
チェックアウトの際はキーボックスに鍵をお戻し下さい。
Room keys will be handed over in a key box with a PIN.
After confirming your payment, we will email you your key number and PIN.
Please return the key to the key box upon check-out.
